MILAN'S PRIVATE MUSEUMS ( 3 HOURS )
A special visit to Milan's three highly unusual private Museums--the Bagatti Valsecchi ( the home of a wealthy 18th century Milanese family restored to its original beauty), the Poldi Pezzoli Museum , a wonderful mixture of art, furniture, arms and armour and textiles right in Milan's center and the newly renovated Biblioteca Ambrosiana, whose picture gallery is replete with masterpieces by Leonardo, Caravaggio, Brueghel and Raphael. It also contains Leonardo's original drawings for the Codex Atlantis.
