These two ports have been grouped together since all of the tours we offer can be done from either port. There are three basic tours plus one “A Step Above” experience

POMPEI AND NAPLES
This tour, with an expert English speaking- guide, visits Pompeii, a world famous archeological site of the opulent Roman city destroyed by a volcanic eruption in
79 AD. Then after a pizza lunch on own in Naples, (where pizza was invented), a tour of Naples will begin and includes its renowned Archeological Museum, the Capidomonte Palace and the city center. Return to cruise ship.

POMPEI AND THE AMALFI COAST
After a morning visit to Pompeii, this tour continues down the Amalfi Coast, considered to be Italy’s most beautiful coastline, visiting Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Lunch on own at one of the many wonderful seafood restaurants that dot this resort area. Return in late afternoon to the cruise ship.

THE AMALFI COAST
This excursion in a private vehicle with an English - speaking driver, covers the Amalfi Coast—with stops in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Lunch en route. Return to the cruise ship in late afternoon.

“A STEP ABOVE” EXPERIENCE
Transfer in early morning to the well - known resort of Positano—with its magnificent breathtaking sea views and charming village. Morning will be dedicated to a special cooking lesson of Southern Italian cuisine conducted by the chef of one of Positano’s well-known trattorias. Lunch follows the cooking course.
After lunch, time to shop and wander around Positano. Return to the cruise ship in late afternoon.
