This fine old-farmhouse has been immaculately restored by its by its decorator/owner. Every detail respects its Tuscan heritage and the magnificent nature surrounding the villa.

Accommodations: 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Sleeps 12 guests.
The villa has six bedrooms, all with adjoining private bathrooms. The upper bedrooms have air conditioning. The living areas are colourfully furnished with high-quality fabrics and antiques. The house has terracotta floors, whitewashed walls and beamed ceilings.
The large state-of-the art kitchen leads onto a terrace, with a large loggia (perfect for al fresco dining). There is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by an abundance of terrace and patio furniture.

The modern amenities of the villa include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV, remote-controlled entrance gate, phone, fax and HP color printer.
The villa is surrounded by an extensive and well-tended garden, with over 350 olive trees and 100 walnut trees with   a very special view of a 10th century castle. It is spacious yet cosy, blending the best of Tuscan charm with modern convenience.
