Villa Federica

Villa Federica is a typical villa/farmhouse (entirely restructured) located in the center of farmlands and surrounded by a thousand shades of green-typical of the Tuscan countryside with its olive, cypress, mulberry and oak trees. The villa is located on a hill just outside the village of Castelll’Anselmo overlooking the hills of Pisa. It has breathtaking views of  Pisa (on a clear day you can see the Tower of Pisa, Livorno  and the Mediterranean Sea).

Accommodation: 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 1 powder room. Sleeps 10.
The Villa has two floors. The main floor has an entrance hall, a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a study, and kitchen with fireplace as well as another large sitting area with a fireplace.
The first floor has five double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and two with Jacuzzis), as well as a small charming sitting room perfect for the children to play games and watch TV.

There is a very pleasant terrace for al fresco dining. The entire house is extremely roomy and comfortable. There is a 16   meter swimming pool set down in the garden, again overlooking the local countryside.
