All the ground floor rooms open out onto the gardens and terrace, ideal in the summer months.  The billiard room will provide entertainment indoors while the large kitchen, sitting room and dining room provide ample room for all guests. Each tastefully decorated bedroom is unique. The master bedroom has its own dressing room, en suite facilities and balcony overlooking the countryside.
From the huge dining room, French windows lead out to south facing terraces and the beautiful pool. The more energetic will appreciate the private Astroturf tennis court and  a ‘bocce’  court 
Villa Rosa is the perfect base for discovering Tuscany although with a good restaurant within walking distance and an excellent cook service at the villa, guests will find it hard to leave.
