Located in the luxuriant woods and fields of the Tuscan countryside,between Volterra and San Gimignano, this independent villa is reached by a short unpaved but picturesque road (600 meters).

This villa is a typical country-style ,extremely spacious home. It has beautiful views in all directions and is part of a large grain producing estate( the estate's main villa-at times occupied by the owners-is in the midde of the large grounds.)
Villa Belvedere's main floor consists of a spacious living room and one double bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) with doors leading to the attractive pool area.The first floor contains a spacious living room, with fireplace and sateillite TV,dining room , a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher,two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and two bathrooms( one with shower and one with tub). The villa sleeps eight comfortably. A laundry room and pizza oven are at the guests disposal.
