Villa Sasso Canaldo - Licignano - Arezzo

Villa Sasso Canaldo, located 1.5 kms from the medieval town of Lucignano( between Siena and Arezzo) is an old stone farmhouse, renovated into a lovely Tuscan villa. It is on two levels. On the main floor there is a small sitting area which opens onto a larger living/dining room with fireplace.This comfortable living area in turn reveals the Italian garden replete with olive trees.The garden is furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining. One side of the Villa overlooks the swimming pool with a lovely covered portico and an old oven ( now used as a barbecue).The main floor also contains a well equipped kitchen with oven,refrigerator,cook top and dishwasher as well as a small storeroom and a WC.

The second floor of the house has three double bedded bedrooms( two with en suite bathrooms), one twin bedroom with a panaromic terrace and a third bathroom with a shower. One of the two double bedrooms also has steps leading to a covered loggia terrace. The house comes with satellite TV.

The property grounds cover 11 hectares of oak woods, olive groves and vineyards and comprises the main house and two smaller , independent cottages. The approaching road and the circles of cypress trees is a replica of an antique Italian garden, complete with pergola and goldfish pond.
