This stunning guesthouse sits atop Lake Como, just a few kms. north of the Villa D'Este. It is the guesthouse/annex of the Villa Passalacqua, one of the most beautiful,largest and historic villas on Lake Como. Villa Isabella is beautifully cosntructed of Moltrasio stone and wood and blends in perfectly with the three hundred year old walls and gardens of the Villa Passalacqua.

The villa faces the lake-with breathtaking views. It has four double bedrooms, two singles. Five of the bedrooms have their own bathroom (three of these have both a shower and bathtub). The Master suite is particularly noteworthy with a striking view of the Lake and a very large Master bathroom.

The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout-providing a feeling of warmth and comfort. The furnishings throughout the house are an exquisite combination of antiques and elegantly designed modern .The kitchen is particularly special-very large with the latest stainless steel equipment. Guests can dine informally in the kitchen, in the dining room or on the terrrace. The house has over 4000 square feet.Maid service is included 4 hours daily.
The house shares the magnificent swimming pool area of the main Villa Passalacqua.
