Villa Malghera - Stresa - Lake Maggiore

Built in 1957 along the banks of Lake Maggiore,a mile north of the charming town of Stresa, this privately owned villa has exquisite views of the Lake and Borromean Islands.
The house, which is on two levels, is a classic "1950's" villa with sunny views of the Lake.

The main floor consists of a cozy living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen( with new appliances and a dishwasher), three bedrooms (two facing the lake) one small study(possible fourth bedroom), two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A large wraparound terrace equipped with an outside dining table surrounds the front of the house and chairs that can accommodate 8 people.

The bottom level of the house has a two car garage(entered from the main road with a gate), two service rooms and a bathroom. There is also a laundry room in this area.
The house has an enormous garden with a swimming pool(whichis filled with lake water), its own boat dock and a separate barbecue area with a stone table and benches.
The house has a gardener and two-hour daily maid service.
