Villa Paola

This magnificent villa, completely restructured eight years ago, is located on the world famous Tenuta La Badiola, in the heart of the Maremma in Southern Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by landscape typical of this area-olive trees, vineyards, sea pines and lovely hills descending towards the nearby sea.

The Villa has an incredible professional kitchen,with totally modern appliances----with a covered outside pergola for al fresco dining. Next to this area is a large woodburning oven (perfect for pizza or grilled foods) .The elegantly decorated living area is enormous
( over 110 square meters),with a loft area composed of a small library and reading area.
The dining room is also on this floor. The main floor of the Villa also has a cantina as well as a service bedroom and full bathroom.

Steps lead to the second floor with four bedrooms and four beautifully decorated bathrooms in Carrara marble. Next door to the Villa is an independent dependance with a fifth bedroom and lovely modern bathroom. .

The house has a large swimming pool, with Jacuzzi and a children's pool. Completely air conditioned, the Villa is equipped with satellite TV, telephone . Maid services for 4 hours a day six days a week is included. The Villa, located on the outskirts of Castiglione della Pescaia, is minutes from the area's beaches (both in Castiglione and nearby Punta Ala), golf and 20 minutes from the Argentario.
