Villa Tosca - Lucca

This is a spacious, airy and elegant villa originally built in the 17th century but recently renovated with great attention to its original structure using authentic materials. The villa is located on a hilltop, surrounded by lawns and gardens, with a beautiful view of Lucca. It is full of cool breezes from the surrounding hills and just in case it is hot it has overhead fans in all the bedrooms. It also has a large private swimming pool and a gazebo for outdoor dining.

The entrance to the ground floor is frescoed and leads into two large, attractively decorated sitting rooms, a library/study and a dining room. There is a spacious kitchen with all modern appliances, a laundry room with washer and dryer( a rarity in Italy) and a guest powder room.

The villa's first floor has six twin or double bedrooms, each with large modern en suite baths. There is daily maid service( 2-3 hours per day) . Additional maid service and a cook is available upon request.

The villa's list of amenities include: central heating, barbecue, telephone, satellite TV, stereo, internet access, microwave, and dishwasher etc.
